First off Richmond is the most improved city in eUSA. In 2 months we gained 45 new citizens, revamped our treasury and saved up and bought a Q4 hospital (1 of only 5 cities to have one). We have successfully instituted a gifting program for all active citizens, also we have given away a Q2 home to [a url=http://www.erepublik.com/profile-866631.html]Kole[/a] for her dedication to the game and her job. Our citizens are amongst the most active in the country in politics, articles and donations to the state treasury. Also for the past 2 or 3 weeks [a url=http://www.erepublik.com/profile-5119.html]Benn Dover[/a] has been calling Richmond home. We are honored to have such a legend in our GREAT city.
Our current tax rate is 3usd/house and 4usd/company.
