It's a shame that I couldn't be there. Heard BigAnt was banning all non RDP members in the channel during the meeting so I had to miss out. Luckily I have people to be there for me.

All I see in those logs is BigAnt imposing his views on the young members of his party as if they are facts. One player also expresses his desire not to be allied with New Era, but he is soon suppressed by BigAnt. Also shows there was no democratic consultation before throwing their lot in with NE>

The logs show that BigAnt completely directed the influence of discussions...making comments on what taxes or policies there should be until they got into something "reasonable". He completely glossed over the real key issues, i.e. when someone said they didn't want to ally themselves with TUP or New Era.

We already know from when wigibob let the cat out of the bag what is really happening:
"we need to shock people by making Freemasons support a non-New Era candidate in the CP elections or something like that, we need to prove that they are an independent party (even if they aren't)"

As the Freemasons and the RDP will only ever be clone parties of New Era, they are only having slight differences in things like taxes because they know that these issues don't matter in the details and that it will make their parties seem independent (even if they aren't). BigAnt "offering" a "democratic" voice to RDP members is merely part of New Era's strategy to make the clones parties appear independent (even if they aren't)...it is clearly designed to counteract the damage made from wigibob's illuminating revealation rather than to make these parties in any sense independent (which they aren't).

As further proof, the president of RDP still has a New Era logo in his avatar, as does the party's sole congress member, LongShotzZ...as does Leo Balzac...and three "new" players, morrisseyisgod (July 8th), Pomsta3 (joined July 19th) and JustinAtreju (joined July 20th).
