Join the new world

So I'm back from my month long sabatical to the Atlantic Ocean and boy are my arms tired (knee slapper). All I can say is, What happened here? When I left it seemed that everyone was working together and things were going great. We just showed the Aussies what we can do (Hail NZDF) in our land swap and then YOU LOT invade Chile while I am gone? The gall in that action alone has my head spinning, but I digress. Then I log on to the forums and IRC, and I'll be damned if I can find anyone to talk to! So here we go, down to brass tacks!

IMO the best part of this game isn't just clicking to work, train, or fight (which I love), but getting to know your fellow erepers from all over the world. Yes, this game has a format that changes from week to week, and yes, it is frustrating when something gets changed when the bugs from the last change haven't been addressed yet, but come tfo! The absence of any kind of community is killing me. Where is everyone, and why won't you talk to me?

The FORUMS are a great way to meet people and talk about whatever you want! Who doesn't want to chat with some of the great citizens that eNew Zealand has to offer? Why should I Xanthar you say? To that I say, why shouldn't you? We talk about what's going on not only eNZ, but the rest of the eworld. It's not all eRepublik all the time though, the forums are a great place to let your hair down(if you have it, I don't) and relax. There are different threads for every dimension of eNZ, but it only takes a couple of minutes to register and then bang away at your keyboard, someone, anyone will reply!

There is also IRC... which I am sorry to say is not utilized as it should be. Before coming home to eNZ, I lived in the eUK for almost a year where I didn't really try to get involved, but I still logged onto IRC to learn what was going on. IRC maybe one of the best tools at a new citizen's disposal, because most of the experienced guys hang out there! The two main IRC channels are MIBBIT and RIZON which some people will feel the need to correct me on, but I don't really care.


the only way you can be heard

So this will be my new quest (since I completed all the other missions), to get eKiwis involved! I don't care if you have played since the very beginning or you joined in the last two weeks. I will find you and I will torment you until you come and play with me in the forums and IRC. I don't care if I have to PM every citizen of eNew Zealand. I will do it, don't think that I won't! For everyone who already does one or the other, thank you for making this game what it is! COME AND ENJOY ALL THAT THIS GAME HAS TO OFFER! Don't be afraid... I rarely bite!
