Join the new world

Born day 705 of eRepublik, I came in to the world at a time when America was on the rise from PEACE oppression. I got my first taste of battle helping Canada take back Nunavut from Hungary, as it was their last holding in North America. Since then, I joined the Federalists and was mentored by citizenslave on the subject of federalism. From there, I fell in love with this Party.

I first started helping the Feds by becoming a PC in the western district. pdeb was the DR at the time and took me under his wing and he taught me the inner workings of the Federalist Outreach Program. Right now the FOP has an amazing director, Maykani. She deserves a shout out because, back in December, she really brought the FOP fighting back from an almost cataclysmic standstill. If I am elected, I will help Maykani by getting her the staff she needs and deserves to get the job done. Although, I will let her run the department in her own way because it just so damn good.

The business office is something I will support, and if elected, I will help the Federalist Credit Union expand the ideas of angel loans and house renting. Anything I can/will do to support this will be of great service to everyone within the party. Gold really does drive everything we do.





The newly created Recruitment & Retention(R&R) Department has a lot going on. The R&R, to be honest, is the department that really gets us our experience and numbers. This is why I would like to offer incentives to mentors for their recruiting efforts. I would work with Eotrick to increase numbers and help establish camaraderie.

The Federalist Training Division, or FTD, has had some shortcomings in the past. I plan to help streamline the FTD as well as create new training material. I plan on implementing a training course for each of the Federalist Parties inner-party jobs. It seems there has been confusion as of late, as to who does what and when. These new courses plan to nip that in the bud, by insuring the proper training of all party officials.

My goals for the Media and Press Departments are increased subscriptions in both newspapers. The Federalist News Letter should become a must-read for all active Feds. I would also like for our Media Dept. to continue their work with raffles. I will coordinate with them any major raffles and drawings on the forums to help activity and retention

The Political Department has a very challenging task every 25th of the month. They help to get our congressman into office. They also make sure that we don't get PTO'd like some of our seats were last month. Dr. Tango did a fine job as director and I'm sure Kyle321n will do as well. I believe that the PP should be more involved helping the director have open communication with all his counterparts in the different parties. This will help to continue our support of a nonpartisan America, getting together, selecting the best candidates, and making sure they win their respective seats. Now, as for congressional Blockers, I will fight tooth and nail to get us our deserved seats fully blocked on election day. As for adding more seats, that is something I will need help from every single Fed in the Party. We need to get out there and recruit. With greater numbers, we show our influence in congress. Also, I would like to reach out to non top 5 parties and help them get members into congress.

The Federalist Office of Domestic Affairs(FODA) is something I want to reform. To me, this office is very essential in inter party politics. It can also be expanded to allow for international relations between the Federalist and every party of the world. You may ask why the Feds want to go international. It is because I believe that international alliances are, and always will be, a very important part of the success of this country. If we can help each other avoid PTO's, its a win win for everyone.





As you all may know, I have been the Military Director for a couple of months now. Before this, I started out as a measly recruit in Operation😛olish Sausage. This operation was headed by the Military Director and PP of the time, citizenslave, where we were helping Slovakia regain their territories back from the evil PEACE GC. Although the campaign was successful, Polish Sausage was disbanded. I went my merry way join the eUS military and became an officer of the 123rd platoon. I was a sergeant major for that platoon, but I could not deal with the mundane pace of administrative duty. I needed to get back out on the front lines and fight with my fellow Feds in enemy territory.

This is when I came to citizenslave with the idea of creating the Federalist militia called Easy Company. He loved the idea, of course, and made me the Easy Company Commander. There I was in the thick of battle again, but this time, it wasn't on the battlefield. It was on building something out totally nothing. This is when I started setting up what, today has become a very successful militia that, has broken the traditional 1 party method. It now encompasses the DemReps and the AAP as supporters for what Easy Company can and will do. As PP, I would work with the Military Director to further the expansion of Easy company. I would support him in making it more self sufficient. Concerning the control of operations of the militia, the way it works now is a very good system where we allow the commander to take full control of the militia. I believe this works because of the nature of Ez, *nonpartisan-ship*. My ultimate hope is for all the parties involved, to benefit from the militia equally to further our ultimate goal of activity and retention

As you guys know, in December, we gave the DemReps a run for their money at the #4 spot in American parties. Well, here's the deal, I believe that the only way of moving up in rank is by aggressively recruiting new members now. Many people say, "Hey! We cant go to other parties and take their members". Well you know what? If we are to succeed, we cant be passive. We need to be out there, active every day, recruiting. Even if I have to do it myself, I will help the Feds move up. This must be a coordinated effort of all the departments and individual federalist party members. Everyone will have to pitch in to get us going on to #1.
