Un saludo a todos los cubanos.

En unas horas asumiré el cargo de CP, y antes de hacerlo quisiera dar a conocer la dirección que seguirá el gobierno durante este mes.

Como todos los gobiernos, estos últimos meses han tenido cosas buenas y cosas malas, y nosotros intentaremos mantener lo que se ha hecho bien y trataremos de mejorar aquello en lo que creemos que hace falta una mayor implicación por parte del gobierno.


En la actualidad tenemos tres TW en marcha, con Portugal, Nigeria y Venezuela. Nuestra idea es continuar con las tres, ya que hasta el momento no hemos tenido problemas con ellas. Este es quizá uno de los mayores logros de los últimos gobiernos, tener tres TW es la mejor forma para que el pueblo de Cuba pueda desarrollar sus habilidades militares, y gracias a ello podemos seguir creciendo y ganar medallas. Fagiani como MoD y Fazeg como Ayudante serán los encargados de llevar los asuntos relacionados con el Ministerio de Defensa.

Aun así, creo que el en módulo militar se necesita algo más de información y otra manera de motivar a los jugadores. Como ya casi todos sabréis en Cuba existe una ley de ayuda a los aviadores, con un reparto semanal en función de los kills realizados. Mi idea es continuar con esto, y promover desde el gobierno alguna mejora de esta ley, pero el principal cambio que deseo hacer en este tema es mejorar la “publicidad” que le damos a estas ayudas. Mi idea es publicar artículos semanales para hacer aún más visible esta subvención y tratar de dar un mayor reconocimiento a aquellos que más kills hagan, y así tratar de motivar a la gente a lograr más kills.


En asuntos exteriores nuestra idea es mantener el buen trabajo realizado en los últimos meses. En los últimos años se ha logrado estrechos lazos entre Cuba y otras naciones que van más allá de Orion y lo único que podemos hacer es seguir el camino marcado por los últimos gobiernos en este sentido. Theoden King como MoFA y Girona como VCP serán los principales encargados de llevar las relaciones exteriores de Cuba tal y como han venido haciendo los últimos tiempos.


Laucha volverá a ser el encargado de las cuentas del estado desde el Ministerio de Economía. En cuanto podamos haremos público el Documento de Contabilidad. La prioridad será mantener el nivel de ingresos que tenemos o tratar de aumentarlo, para lo cual resulta fundamental mantener los acuerdos de alquiler de los recursos, para lo cual será necesario la buena coordinación de los equipos de Economía y Exteriores.

Además, y dado que durante los últimos meses se ha demostrado (por el bajo número de solicitantes) que la actual ley de subvenciones se nos ha quedado obsoleta, propondremos al Congreso una importante modificación de la misma para hacerla lo más eficiente posible. De nada nos sirve una ley de subvenciones que no ayuda a nadie, necesitamos una ley efectiva, que de verdad ayude al desarrollo de nuestros personajes, y por lo tanto al desarrollo de Cuba.


Pero estas ayudas no pueden quedarse solo en las ayudas materiales. Si queremos seguir creciendo como sociedad y como país necesitamos también aprender conceptos de eRepublik que no todos tenemos muy claros. Para ello es necesario un Ministerio de Educación que, dirigido por Karlokov, se centrará en desarrollar esta parte del juego que muchas veces dejamos de lado y no sabemos ver su importancia.

Karlokov también preparará varios concursos y actividades para entretenernos, tal y como se venía haciendo el mes pasado.


Y para finalizar, la que será la diferencia más notable este mes. Quiero mejorar la comunicación y la información que se da desde el Gobierno. En los últimos meses ha habido una clara dejadez en este tema, y hemos visto como apenas se han publicado artículos oficiales desde el Gobierno. Esto debe cambiar, y para ello contaremos con Juanma de Rosas como Ministro de Comunicación. Queremos que todo el pueblo de Cuba sepa lo que se hace o no se hace desde el Gobierno, mejorar la transparencia y mostrar a la gente cómo trabajamos.


Estas son las directrices con las que queremos trabajar este mes, y espero y deseo que al finalizar el mes de gobierno todos los cubanos puedan sentirse orgullosos y contentos con el trabajo realizado.

Greetings to all Cubans.

In a few hours I will assume the position of CP, and before doing so I would like to announce the direction that the government will follow during this month.

Like all governments, these last months have had good things and bad things, and we will try to keep what has been done well and we will try to improve what we believe that greater involvement on the part of the government is needed.


We currently have three TWs underway, with Portugal, Nigeria and Venezuela. Our idea is to continue with the three, since until now we have not had problems with them. This is perhaps one of the greatest achievements of the last governments, having three TW is the best way for the people of Cuba to develop their military skills, and thanks to this we can continue to grow and win medals. Fagiani as MoD and Fazeg as Assistant will be in charge of carrying matters related to the Ministry of Defense.

Even so, I think that the military module needs more information and another way to motivate the players. As almost everyone will know in Cuba there is a law to help aviators, with a weekly distribution based on the kills made. My idea is to continue with this, and to promote from the government some improvement of this law, but the main change that I want to do in this issue is to improve the "publicity" that we give to this aid. My idea is to publish weekly articles to make this grant even more visible and try to give greater recognition to those who do more kills, and thus try to motivate people to achieve more kills.


In foreign affairs, our idea is to maintain the good work done in recent months. In recent years there has been close ties between Cuba and other nations that go beyond Orion and the only thing we can do is to follow the path marked by the last governments in this regard. Theoden King as MoFA and Girona as VCP will be the main ones in charge of carrying Cuba's foreign relations as they have been doing lately.


Laucha will be responsible for the accounts of the state from the Ministry of Economy. As soon as we can, we will publish the Accounting Document. The priority will be to maintain the level of income that we have or try to increase it, for which it is essential to maintain the rental agreements of the resources, for which the good coordination of the Economy and Foreign teams will be necessary.

In addition, and given that during the last months it has been demonstrated (due to the low number of applicants) that the current subsidies law has become obsolete, we will propose to the Congress an important modification of it to make it as efficient as possible. It is useless to us a law of subsidies that does not help anyone, we need an effective law, that really helps the development of our characters, and therefore the development of Cuba.


But these aids can not be left alone in material aid. If we want to continue growing as a society and as a country we also need to learn eRepublik concepts that we are not all very clear about. This requires a Ministry of Education, led by Karlokov, will focus on developing this part of the game that we often ignore and do not know how important it is.

Karlokov will also prepare several contests and activities to entertain us, just as he had done last month.


And finally, what will be the most notable difference this month. I want to improve the communication and information that is given from the Government. In recent months there has been a clear neglect on this issue, and we have seen as few official articles have been published from the Government. This must change, and for this we will have Juanma de Rosas as Minister of Communication. We want all the people of Cuba to know what is done or not done by the Government, improve transparency and show people how we work.


These are the guidelines with which we want to work this month, and I hope and wish that at the end of the month of government all Cubans can feel proud and happy with the work done.
