Problemas en ePerú / ePeru problems

Tras la jornada electoral no habia vuelto a escribir. He estado bastante ocupado entre cuestiones personales y de trabajo.

Quisiera hacer una reflexión sobre lo que, a mi punto de vista, son los Problemas más grandes que tiene ePerú en este momento.

Un asunto importante que tenemos que abordar es la eleeción de un presidente del Congreso. Para hoy o como tarde mañana, deberíamos tenerlo disponible.

Otra gran preocupación es la falta de productividad de los ciudadanos peruanos. Con ello obtenemos empresas poco competitivas y precios de producto superiores a los que nos mereceríamos.

También hay una escasez enorme de trabajadores. Esto hace que los salarios se disparen y que la productividad de las empresas disminuya.

La posibilidad real de que se haga un TO en próximas elecciones.

Por todo ello, quería comentar ciertas propuestas que me gustaría que se debatieran en el congreso.

En orden de prioridad serían las siguientes:

1-. Elección de un candidato a presidente del congreso

2-. Creación de un departamento que contacte con los jugadores y les ofrezca tickets y regalos en función de las necesidades. Esto ha sido un punto fuerte de mi corta campaña electoral y creo que es importante promoverlo cuanto antes. Con esta medida aumentaríamos la vitalidad de los trabajadores desplazándolos a Great Andes. Además podrían luchar y curarse en el hospital

3-. Creación de otro departamente encargado de hacer publicidad con el fin de que vengan más trabajadores . Esto debería ir acompañado de una mayor facilidad a la hora de otorgar nacionalidades, ya que, muchos de esos trabajadores inmigrantes, querrán integrarse plenamente en ePerú, y para ello, tienen que poder hacer vida política aquí. El otorgar más facilidades para obtener la nacionalidad, si lo usamos correctamente, también nos puede ayudar a frenar posibles problemas de TO.

4-. Creo que sería conveniente crear otro departamento de Ayuda al Novato. Este sería encargado de guiar a los novatos. Mándando PM a los registrados e intentando que sigan en el juego y les guste.

Además, he visto cierta marginación al Partido De Emigrantes y creo que, si bien el idioma es una gran barrera, deberíamos intentar integrarlos en la vida de ePeru. Yo he hablado con varios de ellos, y se han mostrado muy agradables y participativos.

I haven't written an article since congress election's day. I have been very busy at work and personal issues.

I would like to do a deliberation about most important problems in ePeru (imho).

Firstly, we have to choose a congress President. It would be great if he is elected by today or tomorrow.

Also, another important problem is the lack of productivity of peruvians workers Because of that our companies are not competitive enough and product prices are high.

Fuerthermore, there is a lack of workers. The consecuence is that salaries are very high and productivity of companies is decreasing.

The possibility of a TO in next elections.

So, I would like to tell some proposals to be discussed in Congress.

In priority order:

1-. Election of a President of Congress

2-. Creating a Department to contact citizens and offer them MT and gifts (if needed). This has been a strong point in my short election campaign. I think this must be done as soon as possible, so workers will get their vitality increased moving them to Great Andes. Also they will be able to fight and heal in hospital.

3-. Creating another Department to advertise ePeru among eWorld. (preferably spanish speaking countries first), so we will get more workers.. Just to this measure be more effective, citizenship applications must be faster and easier to accomplish. Also, this could help us to avoid a TO.

4. I think it will be great to create another Department to help new players. His goal would be guide new players, sending PM to new registered citizens and helping them to play the game..

Also I have seen a marginilization to PDE., and I think that we must try integrate them in ePeru I know the language barrier is a problem., but I have talked with some of them and they were very helpful and pleasant.
