Problem with Military Units!!!

As we all know there was a change with our Military Units.
We all know that MU can be formed by strong and rich people..I know many players who give RL money to form so strong MU and just for one moment admins ruined that...
Now i will show you some pictures from ELITE Military Units in the worl😛
This was perfect No.1 in Poland

Now it is full with WEAK players..
Macedonian National force

I dont think so that these players are NATIONAL FORCE and have 5k str
Serbian Wolves:

No.1 in Serbia...now all is ruined

They wont be First in Turkey with players with 500str..

How can someone be admitted in a MU without the approval of the leader?
