To my readers who wait and those who simply do, I hope that all the things you must, you are getting through. Well I want to start off by saying thank you again to Inferno for his donation of 50USD from his own money to our recent writing contest. This will make it possible to put the prizes at 150USD each, one for the highest voted, and another for my favorite. This is higher then the last contest and starts a trend I hope will continue.

As a Libertarian I definitely support as much private involvement in these contests as possible, and hopefully the federal support will only be a supplement to the robust support from you the public, both monetarily and in effort and good writing.

So humble readers, tell me your ideas for specific categories of writing that I can have contests on. Justinious has already mentioned the fantastic idea of having a contest of ideas, but I'm talking writing here. Creative or informative or somewhere in between. Let me know your thoughts.

Also, as you know I'm running for mayor of Columbus. I have gotten a lot of positive feedback from people on this, and am hopeful about my chances, but no matter whether I become mayor or not I will continue to work for the people to bring them quality media and great creative arts.
