Hello All!

I decided not to put out updated for the last 2 days, mostly because this would of just been lost in amoung all of the congressional posts, and that would of made made sad sad panda.


Congress

Let me congratulate all congress members, looks like this term could be intresting, with most parties being pretty evenly represented, certainly an unexpected turnout!

All congress please, ensure that before you propose something, it is discussed in the Dail, last term we had some major issues due to TDs wasting there proposals, when we needed money donated, and taxes changed.

Also all new congress, do not approve anyone citizenship unless you first speak with the MoIm, even if they are your friend, or you brought them to our country, as this just covers you, and saves any potential issues.

Finally, ensure you are signed upto the forums! if you do not have access to the Dail, find Kolshire on the IRC, and he will happily sort you out.


Presidential Lottery

Thank you to all the people who donated there space change to the Banc, this helped raise some much needed GOLD! I threw everyones names into a hat... well more like the back of a gromit hot water bottle cover, and picked 3 lucky winners!

Baby Boom?

Celtic has been doing an amazing job hunting down and finding us some new citizens, which is amazing, but everyone can help!

Inviting people to the game has some major benifits for you, for each person you invite that gets to level 10, you get a treasure map, if you get 10 people to level 10, you get an award, and another treasure map. So you are looking at atleast 50G, if not more, one lucky newbie the other day managed to get a tresure map, and got 70G!!

Now, the GOLD doesnt end there! each time the people you invite get a treasure map, you get 10% of what they earn, added to this, if they bug GOLD you get 10% of this too!

So if 10 people each get a hard worker award, and say they get 5G each, thats 5G for you, for nothing! If they buy the 175G pack, thats 17.5G for you!

Now, GOLD aside, inviting your friends means alot of other advantages, you could form a company, and each of you work there, they can help you get into congress, or win a party election, help vote your articles.

Please remember tho, each player can only ever own one account, owning multiple accounts is against the rules!

So, go out! find people who want to play, link eRep in any games you play, on your facebook page, hell even make a banner and hang it from a bridge (Serious awards for those who take a picture of such a thing, tho please, dont break the law or put yourself in a harmful situation!)


Questions and Answers

Q1 - NI? Will we get it off of Canada?
A1 - Options are being looked at regarding NI, both peacefully, and via potential ideas for War, nothing has been set in stone yet.

Q2 - Bugs?!?!?
A2 - Indeed, all I can say, is reply to your tickets each day once they go over 1 week of not being answered, this should in theory bump them to the top of the ticket queue so they are seen sooner.

Q3 - Do you hate being CP?
A3 - No, I love it, sadly tho it does and has taken up alot of time, which took some adjustment, both for me and my RL work, but all is good!

Q4 - Next step in economics?
A4 - We are currently trying to stabilize the MM, as its gone a bit skiwiff, we are also looking at renegotiating over North Dakota, making is alot more based off of what Ireland makes, rather than a fixed price.

Q5 - Missing Hospitals
A5 - Tickets been sent to the admin, via france and then via Jupiter, should hopefully get a reply soon tho

Q6 - Teamspeak??
A6 - Teamspeak is a program in which you are able to have a voice chat with people, its a very useful tool thats used in most online games. You need atleast a set of speaker to use it, so you can hear everyone, altho not needed, its also a good idea to have a microphone, note you can pick up a cheap headset with mic at your local supermarket for a small amount of money, and its deffinatly worth it! (If only to hear Nialls voice).

September Presidential Elections

Just so everyone knows, I will be running in September, and will soon be publishing my manifesto, probably on Saturday/Sunday.
