Presidential Update - 9th November

To summarise what has been quite a busy week in erepublik, though a quiet one within Japan this is what i and my government have been up to.

We have:

. Made cotinual use of discussion between citizens and congressmen on the forum.
. Confirmed positive links between the new governments of our nation and those of other PEACE neighbours.
. Made the first steps towards securing our borders with an extended MPP with Indonesia and a planned MPP extension with Pakistan. Once we have the gold we'll then renew MPPs with other PEACE nations.
. Introduced a new and higher Minimum wage.
. Continued the building of Q5 Defence Systems
. Planned the upgrading of the existing Hospital company to Q5, once we have secured enough gold.
. Starting a discussion on the selling of government companies that are no longer needed in the current world.
. Provided JPY funds to the National Bank of Japan.
. Started to discuss the change of taxes to suit the needs of Japan as it is at the moment.
. Started building up a government.
