Presidential Platform for Party President Elections

My Dear Fellow PnPPers,

Over the last two months the PnPP has seen a influx of members. While we have grown stronger in elections, I feel that there has been a lack of inner strength as members become disassociated from the party. New members have joined the party and never had a chance to be mentored by some of our more experience members. The party has become a place where new members are associated by having PnPP as their politcal party and nothing else. This following month I aim to fix these problems.

To do this I want to create 3 new/more defined positions underneath the Party President. The party needs these new positions because it has grown to a size where one person can no longer manage it effectively.



The first position will be Vice President. The VP will be responsible for sending out messages, updating the PnPP Roster (which will be discussed later) and helping to manage elections. The VP needs to be IRC and in game active to coordinate elections and other duties.



The second position will be the Director of Communications. The DoC will be resposible for writing weekly articles detailing PnPP updates. They will be free to publish anything they so choose about the PnPP, but they need to do articles on our CP candidates and an article announcing our Congressional Candidates.



The third position will be the Director of Recruitment and Education. They will be responsible for recruiting new PnPP members and educating newly joined members. They will need to send out messages to each new member, telling them about the PnPP, KMG and showing them the IRC channels associated with both groups. They will guide each new member, or put the new member in touch with someone that can guide them, until they are more experienced.

Along with previous goals I also have another goal. I want to continue the work I have started with Congress. For the last two months I have successfully managed the PnPP congressional elections and secured us a higher percentage of seats then in the last few previous months. I have done this through keeping track of members using a Roster of PnPP members and sending out directions to each member prior to the elections. This month I hope to elect even more congressmen then in the two previous months.
