Presidential Manifesto Part 4
Stark Hater
Hello Ireland,
This issue, the penultimate article in James Ferrin's five-part manifesto, will focus on some concerns and opinions that have been voiced, and why James is the best man for your vote on Sunday.
UNITY
Our cabinet and plans have been composed with an effort to give every political faction their say without unnecessarily bloating our government. James has published the majority of his government already, to make sure you know exactly what you're voting for. The image of our unity is in every member of the proposed cabinet. With that in mind, we will be using our combined forces as a driving force behind this nation.
SECURITY
There are not many things that can destabilise a country more than one of its leaders seizing the government's assets. We keep coming back to the word stability, but that is what James wants to achieve this month. As well as that, we will continue to look for ways with which we can secure our assets, hopefully with the help of our proposed Minister of Industry amal3k and Treasurer Anaille Kolshire. Already, James has put money towards paying reparations to the state for orangejuicemmm's theft.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Self-explanatory, we will be answerable to all of our actions this term, both positive and negative. In addition, our proposed Minister of Finance, Kavrocks, will be implementing an audit system, to keep track of expenses and profits. Each department will be strictly budgeted, with reports being published regularly. Transparency is key here.
RESTRUCTURISATION
IDF restructurisation [sic] will be one of our aims. Our MoD will be putting caps on the supplies we give each battle. We willl also be assessing the input and output of each of Ireland's companies. Again, see our plans under Accountability for more.
GROWTH
Trying to grow as an unstable country would be like...well, invading the UK while they're kicking our butts 😉
By the end of December, we hope see some of the first green shoots appearing in a stabilising nation.
"I like how your aim seems to be to create practical systems which can be passed onto future Presidents." - Sean Power
This is indeed one of our aims. Our goal for this month is to create a lasting stability. One plan I'd like to organise with the help of our Minister of Education is a kind of apprenticeship program for people who would like the skills needed to be a member of a future cabinet. I'd like to see former ministers giving a few pointers to prospective applicants. The aim would be to ensure that a CP or CP candidate would have no difficulty in finding a qualified citizen to fill his open position.
"The IEP is very weak and things need to be done to fix it." - johnthemany
Yes, Kavrocks will be task with this, as is mentioned in part 3 of the manifesto.
"Who says your better than the other candidates?" - johnthemany
I do. Not to be smart, but take a look at some of the comments on the articles. We do have our supporters.
"How do you plan on making Ireland better?" - johnthemany
Part 5 of the manifesto will deal with that. Part 5 will be the tl;dr special, and will give anyone who only deals with CP articles right before the election enough info to make an informed decision. That is, the informed decision.
"You skiped most important issue facing country next month, what do you plan to do with new resourse regions?" - moomoohead
James is adopting the policies and plans of our proposed Liaison to the Celtic League, don.squire. Please check his article here and forum post, here.
"Who would be your three representitives in EDEN?" - moomoohead
That would be our CP, MoD and MoFA: James Ferrin, Boris Tomic and Michael Hook respectively. As CelticTiger221 is a member of EDEN staff, he won't be taking a position as a representative.
"Will you have acess to any goverment orgs?" - moomoohead
Quite simply, no. Ministers will be given exclusive access to their respective orgs.
"Snow in Ireland? was there snow in Kansas too?" - moomoohead
Probably snow in Kansas too, but there's definitely snow in Ohio where he lives. Get your facts right 😉
"Will you be buying any votes for this election?" - moomoohead
Kind of you, but no thanks. 😛
In any case, we can't buy votes...even if we wanted to. James sent his gold to the State to pay off what OJ took.
"Will you remain comander of the ICA if you get elected?" - moomoohead
There is no longer a single, authoritative ICA 'Commander'. The structure has been changed for a more democratic system, whereby there are multiple commanders of equal status. As Mr Ginge has said, the Command members have not been finalised.
You're paying the ICA?/The ICA will have to follow the orders of the Dail?
To clarify, the ICA will be given incentives named by the Dail, as long as the ICA satisfies the conditions laid down by the Dail. The aim here is not to limit the freedom of the ICA, but to open a dialogue between it and the Dail. Hopefully, the two organisations will be able to reach a point where they can co-exist and co-operate to the benefit of Ireland. The ICA is under no obligation to accept any deal laid down by Congress.
I am all for it. Ireland needs to be proactive about our future and James Ferrin has a complete vision. - don.squire
In the last terms alone, we have seen robberies and a lot of different kinds of pressure being put on our leaders. This, I think, has made people a little apprehensive when choosing their next President. James is as aware of what to expect as CP as a new candidate can be. He has an extraordinary eye for putting a plan together. You need only look at our proposed cabinet and a few of his ideas to see that.
My final word as James Ferrin's running mate is as follows. Our proposed cabinet is composed of a group of individuals who are not expecting a passive term of just getting by. We wish to create a lasting foundation of stability, and sow the seeds of growth in Ireland. James in particular is committed to this end. All that's needed now is your vote on Sunday!

Comments
I highly doubt anyone will vote on ignorance with such articles being published. An ambitious pair. Good luck.
v
Reminds me of political days of yore such good candidates and positions. Ireland has a bright future if these men are entrusted with her!
One Ring to rule them all,
One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all
and in the darkness bind them.

This is exactly the purpose of what I proposed. Call it what you want but the fact still remains that we will never co-exist if we keep things the way they are.
So, has everyone in this country got a ten-second memory capacity?
I'm sorry. What did you just say?
Isn't it windy, Yddub? No! I think its Thursday. So am I, lets have a cup of tea.
Who are you, again?
Ferrin is destined for glory.
