Presidential Manifesto Part 2

Day 1,106, 11:38 Published in Ireland Ireland by Stark Hater

Hello Ireland,

As you may have read here, I have been nominated as James Ferrin's running mate and candidate for Vice President. This article will detail why I, personally, think James is the best man on the ballot paper this month.

For the first order of business, I know many of you are concerned by the gold stolen from the state by orangejuicemmm and donated to one of the ICA's orgs. I've been informed that last night, the amount stolen was paid back in full by James Ferrin, Yddub Emwolb and Mr Ginge.

Personally, I think throwing one's hat into the CP ring presents the possibility of quite a daunting term for a serious candidate, this month. Just recently the majority of our territories were occupied by the UK, and before that we faced an impeachment, Civil War and theft from the state. We have respected citizens of Ireland leaving us.

I think if anyone is up to the task of stabilising this country, it's James Ferrin.

Ireland, even in its worst days have good men working behind the scenes, and James has been one of them, during UK invasion. His cabinet looked as if it would be full of holes this time last week, but now, a week before the election, it seems he has pulled together a good group of individuals. Connell Rath hit the nail on the head when he said,

"There's consistently one group of people in Ireland who only try to better the place for everyone and then there's the other side which complain and scheme against their fellow countrymen."

Our proposed cabinet consists of the former. I believe that the sequence of events, from OJ's impeachment right up to the UK invasion was no accident, and that there are different issues that need to be discovered and resolved. One of the things I would like to see this month is the cabinet and the Dail, working with the public to put some stability in this country. Our term may last one month, but if it succeeds, the effects of James Ferrin's place as President may be felt in months to come.

As for my role as Vice President, I will be on James' ass to make sure he keeps everyone updated through the paper. I'll be there for him to bounce ideas off and hopefully come up with some ideas of my own, as we've been doing up until now. Having been impeached myself in another life, I know the pressures involved in sitting in that seat. James knows it's not a walk in the park being Country President.

James and I will be publishing more articles as the week goes on, but feel free to ask us anything about our candidacy in the meantime. We've had our time as an unstable, stagnant country. It's time to take responsibility and move forward, with James Ferrin as President.
