Preliminary Concerns on V2

Day 823, 18:35 Published in USA USA by Benedict James

I outline the concerns which I hope will be addressed before the new modules come out.

-Will optimization or diversity prevail?

-If optimizations prevail, will the ePopulous once again fall into a state of equilibrium as those optimizations are discovered?

-If military battles are like one big game of rock, paper, scissors, will governments be able to wage effective wars or will they be counting on luck of the draw?

-Will the time management module truly be effective or will there simply be some way to exploit it, whereby one benefits without suffering any of the detriments?

-Will the time management module favor one particular balance of activities or will citizens truly be diverse in how they specialize?

-Will this diversity really be felt in the eWorld or will it simply change this from a two-click game into a four click game?

-Will worker specializations affect how employers run their businesses or will the lack of options and sheer number of citizens put us back into a similar position as we are now?

-Will variation in products raise demand to such a point that companies can make larger profits, or will we once again be doomed into falling back into "optimization" mode where profits are only made through slight variations in the aggregate market?
