pre-Epic program new rules

Citizens of the eNetherlands,

After some time because of the events and easy epic's, from this week we are going to have restart of the pre-Epic program, but now with new rules.

These are the new rules for Pre-EPIC program:

Every billion that fighters make in pre-Epic will be rewarded with 7.5k cc, and every next billion too. So there is no limit of the damage and cc that one fighter can make.

Let's make eNL strong, I know that we have enough power to do this.
We all must participate in this so that everyone can reduce their losses of EB's. Our LXX will help also and will take the biggest part of it but they also need to save EB's for the real wars in future. Because of thet we are waiting all ground fighters today between 9-10 erep time to help in the battle with Egypt with making D4 the epic fight.
