War is over (for now) but it has taken its toll. We need to relaunch our economy as quickly as possible, by boosting all Wellness-increasing industries in order to regain our previous productivity.
In order to achieve this, I think we need to get a Q4 Gift company, but maybe Q4 Moving Tickets as well, because they increase wellness instead of decreasing it.
The housing industry needs the biggest boost, as our population is rising, and productivity is low.
Last, but not least, I think Weapon employees should be briefly reemployed in one of the above industry for a few weeks, but that has to be thought a little.

Moving ticket is really not a priority... gain 2 wellness point with a Q4 is not enough, the price of a Q4 ticket is too important...
Having lots of Q4 food and Q4 arms is the most important (after, gifts and houses, but tickets are the last things to upgrade...)
There is no need a q4 gifts company, 4 gifts q1 are as good as a q4 one and ists cost are much less.
