Portugal signed a Peace treaty with USA

Another day have passed in the Congress full of Routine Work . I voted yes on all 3 routine congressional proposals about issuing money & donating money.

Earlier today a secret voting on Peace treaty with Portugal has ended i voted Yes for Peace treaty, because it's clearly made as less worried about possible attack block from Portugal. As a result we now control most of the south east regions that were occupied by Portugal.
