The vetoing of Turkey lead directly to the destruction of ONE, the greatest alliance there has ever been! It was all Spain's fault. Now Spain are back trying to destroy TWO as well!

Funny but true.
Initially, the 500k cc were set as a safeguard, to prevent ePortugal just to get congress and then attack eSpain again (which of course didn't happen).
It was supposed that in a maximum of two months later, that money should be returned to ePortugal, but the truth is that after 4 months and a half, we only got 80k back, with lot of struggles to have it, and already paid 200k as penalties, for signing a MPP with Canada, that the congress approved without Govs consent or instructions due to an internal trap of an Anti-Spain force.
And another 100k for signing MPP with eColombia and eArgentina, pro-TWO countries, at the same time that we had prepared MPP with ePoland and eSerbia, but curiosly, they stop replying and then after Colombia and Argentina launched their proposals, they said that they wont sign with us.
This because we have a draconian clause, that obliges us to have one MPP with TWO country, for another one outside TWO, which is a perfect way of avoiding us to sign any MPP if you instruct TWO countries so they don't sign any MPP with us...

This month, it finishes the two month deadline with no further agreements since the last NAP signature, so they are preparing to take all the money to them (because of the "breaches" that we already have paid penalties), when it states in the NAP that if after two months no new agreement is reached (spanish congress insists in rejecting our proposals) the money should be split equally.
First time Tritius tried to get the hands on the money, ePoland and TWO HQ stand by our side, due to the ridiculous arguments from eSpain to take it, this time i'm not so sure, lets see how this will end, but not good for ePortugal for sure, because eSpain has the knife and the cheese in their hands.

Spain's attitude towards Portugal indirectly shows its true face. More precisely attitude towards those that are inferior towards you gives a real indication of your character.
