Poland Led by Evil EVIL Spock (Also Turkey is getting owned)

Poland, as everybody knows, is taking over the world. Scrabman, is, as he claimed, an evil Spock. That is good for us, having an evil president means we don't have to play by the rules.

BUT

Poland is led by the evil EVIL Spock. (You see, the second evil is capitalized.)

That means they don't play by the rules times 2!
