After several attempts, and despite massive Phoenix opposition, Peru has taken North of Brazil. Now, Poland is region swapping through Spain to take it. They will likely make a fortress out of this region, plug in double Q5's and put like 30k people there to make an insane wall. In the process, Poland will gain both High iron and High wood, as well as the only EDEN presence in South America. North of Brazil contains the majority of Brazilian Iron Companies, meaning that this will be a large hit to the Brazilian economy and weapon-producing potential, as well as a cut to Phoenix's overall iron supply.
North of Brazil is one of the most valuable regions in existence, and this change in ownership is a big game-changer for the Southern Hemisphere, which had previously been dominated solely by Indonesia and Brazil. With Indonesia several weakened over the last few months, and Brazil gaining a new, unfriendly neighbor, the balance of power in the world continues to shift in EDEN's favor.
Let me put the importance of this loss of iron in perspective for you all. If Poland keeps this region, and Hungary loses Hello Kitty along with Russia losing Lion King, then Phoenix will only have 3 high iron regions, two of which are in Russia. That means that 8 out of the 11 high iron regions on the map will belong to EDEN or neutral countries (Podolia, Ukraine and Great Andes, Peru are neutral, but Peru is Polish-leaning)
Now, lets march back to China and finish the job we started. Phoenix has been pushed into a bad position over the past few months, and this loss reflects that.

That's never going to happen, especially with the ridiculous amount of DDoS today that conveniently stopped when the Phoenix assault did.

Eden's 5 + Hello kitty & Lion King....Dam, counted Podolia as EDEN...Sorry, was not paying that much attention to map. That makes 6 EDEN (Gentral Greece, Asturias, Karnataka, North of Brazil, Lion King, Hello Kitty), 2 neutral (Podolia, Great Andes Peru), and and 3 Phoenix (Urals, WSR, Northeast of Brazil). Peru only has 1 natural high iron region. Technically Hello Kitty and Lion King will go back to China, making them neutral. That's still 8/11 kept from Phoenix's control.
Central Greece, Asturias, Karnataka, North of Brazil, and the other Peruvian one are in EDEN hands.
Hello Kitty, Lion King, WSR, Urals, and NE Brazil are Phoenix. Making it 5 to 5, with Podolia being the 11th one, which is Entente.
No need to get technical, since in this article you are talking about the here and now, otherwise you can't count Karnataka and N Brazil as EDEN.
