Poland Attacks the United Netherlands

Day 776, 13:07 Published in Canada Switzerland by HuCard
Poland has attacked Wallonia.

In retaliation to the United Netherlands' declaration of war and the ensuing attempt to liberate the German region of North Rhine-Palatine from Polish occupation, Poland has now attacked the UNL's single remaining Belgian region (as the other two are still being managed by Great Britain) of Wallonia.
It was turned into a fortress during the period of Belgian oppression by The Group, but as it is not protected by any MPPs it means that the Dutch and Belgian citizens have to face an incredibly tough challenge.

While such a move of Poland was not entirely unexpected, it nonetheless its a shock to the citizens of the UNL to see their sovereign territory in danger of being violated yet again. The United Netherlands may possess a fair number of powerful tanks, but its population is small (especially seeing how many are still stuck in the British regions) and with its roughly 1,000 inhabitants facing the might of Poland's 40,000 it is truly a battle of David versus Goliath.
