The answer to Ep II was Italian Fascist Dictator, known as Il Duce (the leader), Benito Mussolini, who invaded the African nations of Ethiopia and Somalia and pressed somewhat into British Egypt. He was later forced into a semi exile, leading the Nazi puppet state of the Italian Social Republic. In April 1945, he was found by Italian partisans, executed, and his body strung up by his feet in a public service station. With multiple entries, the winner of the dice roll was JAMES SCARLET.
