Does CP go to the last occupant of the position?
It's what I've been told, never seen it happen before though.
Lithuania - March 2019 no one ran. I can't remember off hand whether the person from Februay stayed in office - if they did, they didn't get another medal.
I'd have thought the game would assign no one to the position and have the country deal with the repercussions of it for a month. Erep has some odd mechanics though.

no we wont have a cp for a month it happened when the one guy quit mid term.
And all with eIre CS probably couldn't check votes in other eCountries..
