I really do need an explanation. I have absolutely no clue why my org got banned. And since 2 weeks i can't get any response from the admins. In my appeal i wanted to have an explanation rather than "4th rule ha-ha-ha u are dead bummmm headshot!" Then i wanted to write a new appeal cuz im not familiar with gettin' banned and writin' an appeal. But they'd just send me the same stuff "You gotta appeal from your org!"
I know but u guys dont even read my tickets! And you just threw away 6.5 month's hard work with one click and i hate this game and its admins. I dont care if you ban my citizen account too! Lets just get over with it shall we!

You are receiving this message because the process you have chosen for an appeal is not the proper one.
1. Requests to remove a penalty can be made only through the APPEAL SYSTEM (the appeal will be analyzed by a different person than the one who applied the penalty).
2. Only one appeal may be submitted in each case and only by the participant who receives the adverse decision.
3. The mentioned system is the ONLY WAY you can request a reanalysis of a case.
If your account is suspended, when you log in to the New World, you will be redirected to your Law Infringements page.
If your account is not suspended, you can access this module from your profile page.
If you have already submitted your appeal, please be patient as it takes some time to process these.
