I know that we won't get our regions back unless we declare war again.
Therefore we should sign this petition to get the refund for our Q5 Hospital as well as moving tickets for all stranded citizens
Congressman, make sure you declare war again quickly, make sure those Russians don't attack our new oil region before we do.

Cheating that we were not aware of? Why are the admins punishing us for something we didn't do???
How about impeaching the fellow that placed it there to start with ?
A bit like leaving 500 quid in a bus and expect someone to return it !
