Penguin Investor Report, Week 4
Lord Penguin
Wow, its been a month since I've switched to the new system of investing, and I don't regret it for a second.
Right now, I am trying to get the the missions that Plato has so kindly given us, for that retched 'holiday' Valentines day. So I am focusing on those, and it is the first time in a while that I've fought. This may hamper my profits as I've stopped selling my Q1 food to fight, but not by much.
Also I will be releasing another article either today or tomorrow about 'what I'd add to eRepublik if I could' so look forward to that.

So with the 44% off company upgrades, I swapped in my Q3 and Q2 food, and got a Q4, and 2 Q3s guns. I have no gold anymore.
Also my profits seem to have normalized and we can expect, roughly 18-21K a week.
As last time I am not accepting investments, even from people who have accounts I want to get what I have, paid off.
Thank you for reading and good day.

Why anyone would have more than a Q2 food is beyond me
2 Q2's create just as much health as a Q4 and uses the same amount of RAW - and only costs you an extra 10 health per day
2 Q2's cost 60 Gold and a Q4 costs 198 (not including discounts) - A smart businessman would take that extra 138 Gold and buy more RAW companies and Q2 Food companies, and create much larger profits for himself and his investors
yeah, I have to say that the only benefit in higher Q food is to reduce storage space for food stock. Might be better to invest in the storage space instead so you can take advantage of the boom-bust cycles that come with updates and other such unexpected tinkering by the admins.
But overall a great project, Penguin. Hoping you make good money (since it will indirectly be good for me, too)

Endless inventory and Q1 food for all
Going on upgrading beyond q2(during investment discounts) doesn't really pay off.
What is the investment cycle?
The only time considering to upgrade companies to higher q-s is to save on health and so fight more.
However, due to the uncertainties in the monetary market I woudn't rush investing at all.
