Bogdan_L, Romanian CP's logic behind the acts :

Romania at the moment has only one active war, with Serbia. Also Ukraine is under Hungarian occupation. He planed to close one to be able to go after the other.
By signing the Peace Proposal, Romania would have secured all borders thus having the luxury to pick the front in which Romania would start a new campaign whenever needed. Ukraine would get a full support in regaining all of it's core regions and Romania would have a border again with Russia/Belarus. It opens up a new emotional objective for Romania.
His other motivation is that Croatia has an active war only with Serbia so there are no possibilities, at least for now for PHX to pull a stunt number on Croatia.

"We take over Hungary and the rest of the world"

Croatia helped Romania in wiping Hungary without asking questions and giving full military support. The next natural objective for Cromania would be to erase Serbia. This is where Romania backed out and forgot Croatian help in Hungarian campaign, help that should have been backed up in an effort to wipe out Serbia now.
This is considered a back-stab... a middle finger for Croatian citizens that want Serbia exterminated.

Me, nobody's CP :

Bogdan has good intentions but decided on a bad way to get it done. First priority for Romania should have been to erase Serbia or anything Croatia wanted as a gesture of great friendship. But my biggest problem is that he didn't communicate this. It's not a simple "gentleman's agreement" but a Peace Proposal that is enforced through game mechanics. It would have been normal for any Romanian CP to check with the Croatian CP and get a common ground before any actions were made. This peace is also a possible threat for Bosnia since they are the main target of Serbia.
Croatians had to find out about the negotiations from the Serbian media. That is some nasty stuff.
We Cromania are in this together so we must decide together.

It's not the end of the world or the Apocalypse. With understanding and a real apology from Romanian CP we might make it through and cut out the problem before it escalates.

Until things get sorted out I'll be a permanent resident of Croatia and will not fight for Romania nor against it.
