hi guys

today i decide to start our plans . and also i will publish NewSMTH - http://www.erepublik.com/en/party/newsmth-2777/1 Manifesto soon.



i have 4 plan for NewSMTH



part 1: Economy

I created 2 company (grain & food ) that will belong to NewSMTH forever (not me anymore ) , we will choose 2 trustable members to manage the each company and 15% of benefits is for manager , 10% is for education (in Part 3 i will explain it ) and 75% of the benefits will belong to party members , with this 75% CNY , we will buy food and donate it to members (just those who works in this 2 companies) every weak . i estimate it is 10-15 q1 food every weak .

also salary of the worker will be uptodate every day 1 CNY more than highest offer in market .


part 2 : Military

after creating NewSMTH ( 12 days later ) i will also create 2 companies more ( iron and q3 wep ) ,
again we wil find trustable manager( should be a member of NewSMTH ) , and 15% of benefits is for manager ,10% is for education and 75% of the benefits will belong to party members , this 75% will not be donated , it will stored for important wars as q3 weps ( just defense not rush ) , and when Republic of China was in danger it will be donat to members to defend the country .

like part 1 salary of the worker will be uptodate every day 1 CNY more than highest offer in market .

part 3 : education

we will have 2 teachers in party that their job is helping and teaching new players to play this game professionaly, these teachers will receive salary every weak (10% of benefits of companies) , we will not help new players by giveing them money or food . we will learn them how earn money or come to NewSMTH companies and then they will be support . also we make them be active in Forum.

part4 : Politic


in NewSMTH we wont have Party Peresident , it is just a name . we choose 4 members on irc by voting the members , that every one should be responsible of each part (economy , military , education or polotic ) , and for important decisions these 4 members will decide our plan.

the only thing for choosing these 4 guys that is important , is that they should care to Republic of China more than themselfs and also more than NewSMTH . ( i dont see it in our people any more and it is so sorrowful )
