Party President Elections: Full Coverage!

Day 574, 06:13 Published in Ireland Australia by Severin Organization

First of all much thanks to all those who voted for me and condolences to my election opponents (I really hope we can work together for the benefit of the party). Taught I'd try writing an article covering an election for a change. So here it is:

Irish Union Party:
By no means a tight race Severin once again secured the IUP party presidency with 72% of the total vote. He is now entering his third mandate as President. To the surprise of many the virtually unknown candidate Gen. Michael Collins managed to get 18 votes and long time IUP members patton and pato9 both received less than 8 votes respectively. The turnout in the Irish Union Party was very good and relative to last month's election, 35 more votes were cast.

Severin 77 (72😵
Gen. Michael Collins 18 (17😵
patton 7 (6😵
pato9 5 (5😵

Total Votes: 107 (54.04% of the entire party). Last month's total votes came to 72.

Irish Socialist Republican Party:
Starks Hayter ran unopposed and is now entering his third mandate as ISRP President. An impressive number of ISRP members showed up to vote despite the absence of any political competition. Interesting to note that while less votes were expressed in total this month their voter presence has actually increased (obviously because the party had 18 less members this month).

Starks Hayter 51 (100😵

Total Votes: 51 (50% of the entire party). Last month's total votes came to 57.

Irish Freedom Party:
Alex Darky failed to achieve the party presidency last month however managed to get it unopposed this month. After a very long reign, previous party president 'snake' finally stepped down. Less IFP voters showed up this month (no doubt due to the lack of political competition) however Alex still received a respectable amonth of votes. This reporter wishes him the best of luck with his new role and hopes the IFP will benefit from their new President.

Alex Darky 26 (100😵

Total Votes: 26 (53% of the entire party). Last month's total votes came to 31.

Ireland First:
A very close election which came down to experience in the end. Bryan was leading for most of the day however there was a surge of Pip votes towards the final hours which lead to a tie in the vote. Pip was elected as he had more experience points than Byran. The turnout was very good and 64% of the party made their voice heard. It has been a long time since IF experienced an internal struggle for the presidency and two of the party's most prominent political figures (one being the founder) no longer reside in eIreland. Needless to say, the election and the campaign leading up to it has been very interesting. I have a lot of respect for both of the candidates and I am confident IF can only benefit from Pip as party president. Fearing potential conflict with Pip, Bryan has left IF (strange considering a few weeks ago he was promoting Pip for country president)...

Pip Kelly 17 (50😵
Bryan O' Shea 17 (50😵

Total Votes: 34 (64% of the entire party). Last month's total votes came to 17.

Fianna Fail:
Another very close election which resulted in a tie. Long time member of FF enoofu was elected as he had the most experience points. Less people turned up to vote this month however voter presence has increased. It would appear Fianna Fail (a party which had the misfortune of suffering from both past corruption and a political take over) has many challenges to face and was very recently knocked off the top five party list. That said, enoofu has set out to restore the party and I wish him all the best in his endeavors.

enoofu 9 (50😵
bunnieman 9 (50😵

Total Votes: 18 (51% of the entire party). Last month's total votes came to 24.

The Irish Party:
Franz Moehle ran once again unopposed and is now entering his second mandate as president of The Irish Party. The total votes and voter presence was relatively high. While the election itself was uneventful they are some peculiarities which surround it. The party received a sudden surge of members (it is now the fifth largest party in eIreland) all of which came in just in time to vote for an unopposed President. This reporter asked Franz did he know where they came from, he responded no.

Franz Moehle 23 (100😵

Total Votes: 23 (60% of the entire party). Last month's total votes came to 5.

Let's not forget the 'no data available yet' crowd!

Ireland Allied Together: I have seen zero political activity from this party (other than it causing a TO scare last month). None the less blacktuesday reigns once again as President of IAT.

lasi Political Party: Yikes, I taught eIreland was free from bad jokes...

Irish Efficiency Party: Despite fearing the party he founded would be taken over, Theus Jackus retains the IEP Presidency. Up to now I haven't heard or seen much activity from the IEP however that was apparently intentional to protect the party from a take over. I wish Theus and the IEP all the best and welcome this new face to the eIrish political scene.

Finally, for the 'lulz'
Looks like the ICF's future in Slovakia has been cut short and they failed to secure their second political take over: Slovakian Party Election Result. If only FF had the same fortune last month...

That's all folks! Thanks for your attention and congratulations to all elected.
