Another nice day in Prague. The birds were singing, the sun was shining, Vltava was flowing nicely under Charles' Bridge. Czech people were working to build again their beloved motherland. Cappies were trying to exploit people's money, and commies were flourishing in their communes.
But in Prague Castle...

all of a sudden a phone rang!

It was the PTOers from Romania.The lion from the czech coat of arms answered. Let us see their conversation:

It was the romanian bird from the country's coat of arms.
B:Hello Czech Republic. Darling why are you speaking russian? Told you Russia is not good!
L: Yeah right. What do you want PTOer?
B: Nothing special!
L: Then go ahead!
B: Well, I need all your money from your funds! It's so easy, my, ahem, your Congress will give it to me!
L: You know something? I won't give you my people's money! Ok? I think I am independent!
B: Dear! You are independent! But if you won't give us your money we will impeach your President! And everything will be ok!
L: I say no. Romanians, I am sorry, but I have turned commie.
