I think the lack of workers in Iron, Weapons, and houses are just due to the fact that they do not sell very well here. I have both an Iron Company and a Q3 weapons company and i had to fire everyone cuz i simply couldnt afford to run them anymore.

I don't think we have a house market. Nobody buys house here. As iron and weapons, the market is quite small, quite few citizens fight with weapons. If the government forms an army, this may help.

Still we can see that, grain and food industries (which have a bigger market than other industries) are also lack of labor.

I hope that the MPP battles increase consumption (food & weapons) and improve our economy.

For that, we should organizate in a Army for planning atacks and calculate the consumption.
