How can I publish an article? When I try it says 'You can post articles only in your citizenship’s country. Changing your newspaper’s location to match your citizenship should solve the problem.'

You should go to Newspaper options, and change the location to South Africa.

Enbaros would be right, except South Africa doesn't show up as an option there, it having no territory.
Looks like the admins overlooked matter that when they made the change so that you can only publish in your citizenship country. I'll send in a ticket Hiccup; you should too.
