To clarify: my issue isn't with the concept of raising the minimum salary. It's the fact that this wasn't discussed at all before being proposed even though there was no urgency to the matter and the fact that the proposed value is absurd. If you want to have an impact, follow global salaries and raise it to 2000cc, that will have an impact and not just be a pretend activity.

FYI you aren't solving anything with this as even if someone with a Belgian CS has holdings in multiple countries that limit won't touch them. Therefore trying to "fix" a problem that both doesn't exist and you have no influence over.

I don't mind an adjustment of the minimum wages but you basically don't give use any alternatives. It's take it or leave it right there. yes you started a article for it but you also started the vote before anyone had the chance to give you any input about the topic. You could have adjusted the numbers so that it would be acceptable to everyone. Even if the numbers didn't need adjustments you robbed everyone from a chance to give their opinion about the proposal and thereby getting a better idea of what other congress members think about other topics. You robbed yourself from knowledge and an opportunity to smoothen the relations between faction(that last one is just a small step as it takes a lot more steps to achieve).

ATO, once again dismissing something simply because they can. There are 22 hours left on the bill. 7 ATo members have voted it down. We could have discussed it here for 22 more hours, but the immediate dismissal and flat out disdain for the article writer is a pure illustration of what is wrong with ATO.

The "article" writer has implied I would be using multies to work for me at 100cc. I don't see why I should give him any credit. The value of the minimum salary is what should be debated, but this rushed proposal removed that option. We will therefore vote it down yes.

you seem to miss the point. The vote is already done. no-one had the chance to discuss nor do we have a way to adjust the proposal if needed. The decision was already made with no regard for anyone else but your own?
