Join the new world

Thus far we may have spoken softly, but it’s high time that we show off our big stick…and if I may say so, we know how to use it. Once upon a time, a wise old man once said that it’s not the size of your stick, but rather how you use it that makes the difference. We at the Bull Moose Party have the luxury of having both a large stick and the knowledge of how to use it (see above). It has long been known that Theodore Roosevelt had a knack for persuasion by means of the spoken word, but don’t take this to mean that he lacked the brawn to effectively enforce what he said. Needless to say, the Bull Moose Party’s big stick is swingin’.

To put it into perspective
The Bull Moose Party was founded on December 7th, 2009 by two active eUS citizens. Already the Party has grown to include nearly 70 members, and it seems that the Party grows every day. To the best of my knowledge, this makes the BMP one of the fastest growing parties in the eUSA. Don’t take this to mean that we are not dedicated, because nothing could be farther from the truth. One of the founders, Stormin ( A Seal Team 6 member and Congress Member), won his congressional election with a total of 38 votes when our total membership barely exceeded 60. You may ask what happened to the other 22 or so votes, and I assure you that the BMP did not disappoint. Killing Time, the USWP candidate for congress, was on shaky ground but several of our party members went to his aid and promptly voted for him giving him his eleventh congressional seat. It should be obvious that our members are highly dedicated, but how about our credibility? When running for his seat in congress, Stormin was endorsed by Josh Frost (ex-eUSA President), StygianSteel (former 3 term congressman, former UIP Party President), and Lt. Sheisskopf (Editor-in-chief of the Stars and Stripes Journal). Does this not exemplify just how ready the BMP is to become a powerhouse in eUSA politics?

The only way that our party can have an impact on eUS politics is if we have a surplus of dedicated members in our party - that means that you must take the initiative to join! One of the major problems with the large parties is that they tend to get bloated. We at the Bull Moose Party, however, know that we truly can make a difference if we show everyone in the eUSA - or the eWorld for that matter - just how much we care and how devoted we are. Another reason why the larger parties may not be the best place for you is because there is little mobility. Many people join the big parties because they believe that they can rise to the top and be a major player in eUS politics, but this is not the case. The only answer is to have a relatively small party that is full of members who are there because they care, who are there and willing to work with citizens from other parties, who are there and want to help you do the exact same thing. The Bull Moose Party is going to do exactly that, and if you want to participate in a party then the BMP is the place for you – with us you can be as active as you choose to be. But we need your help, we need you to join our party and help us make a difference.

The Plan
These are times when Poland has incredible baby booms in conjunction with player retention, times when our enemies prove just how much of a nuisance they can be in the eastern theater, times when the leadership of the eUSA is not stepping it up.

The eUSA needs to maintain a high iron region in order to remain competitive with an ever-changing eRepublik. Just as eHungary has Heilongjiang to provide it with ample resources to help them shoot at us, we need to keep Karnataka. The eUSA cannot afford to not have a high iron region, and if we lose this new fortress state, then the BMP would fully support a plan to either reconquer Karnataka or seek iron elsewhere.

As aforementioned, we speak softly – but this is far superior to the deafening silence that has been adopted by the eUSA’s political elite, especially when we are never afraid to speak the truth. For a multitude of reasons, it has become common practice for the American ruling class to say as little as possible and to make sure that anything that is said is not controversial in any way, shape, or form. This is something that the BMP will not stand for. Having a government in which a large portion of the actual governing takes place “behind the scenes” is not something that we have in mind. We want more transparency and we demand that our politicians pay more attention to the innovative ideas that the eUSA citizens have a surplus of. To quote Josh Frost, “When I proposed joining EDEN to Congress and eventually presented it to the American people I expected a lively debate, but by and large I got nothing…The people in government are not gods and neither are those who are in the military. Americans have a right to respectfully present viewpoints and challenge conventional thought. Trust me, the informed players that just cruise and comment in the forums are often just as, if not more intelligent as the "power players" here in America. Put forth rational arguments and see where they lead.”



In Summary
The conscience of the people, in a time of grave national problems, has called into being a new party, born of the nation’s sense of justice. We of the Bull-Moose Progressive party here dedicate ourselves to the fulfillment of the duty laid upon us to set the public welfare in the first place. We appeal for the support of all eUSA citizens, without regard to previous political affiliations. We are unhampered by tradition, uncorrupted by power, and undismayed by the magnitude of the task. We need you to join us and help us fight the good fight.
