Organization of Mighty Japan's Military

Below I offer an idea for the division of the Japanese Military. Its a very rough and General breakdown but I believe its a good starting point to allow for a structured command and better able to defend the land we all love.

Prime Minister --> Minister of Defense --> General of the Army --> Adjutant General --> Platoon

Leaders --> Platoon Executive Officer --> Squad Leader --> First Sgt --> Squad Members.

It is a very general breakdown but it is a good base for the military. If we were to implement this idea the military would become highly efficient and more of a use to Japan than rather having militia defend the homeland. I offer this idea to Congress and the Prime Minister to review, make changes, and implement.
