Open letter to admins: Skill Migrating

I just posted on the forum, here: http://forum.erepublik.com/showthread.php/99947-Skill-Migrating?p=1225662post1225662, but noboty seems to care, so I decided to write this article (I fixed something to explain better):

Ok, let's talk about this.
I play from the beta, and in the last 2 months I decided to stop, not permanently, playing erepublik, so I became a dead citizen.
I re-started playing this game 5 days ago, and what I noticed? When everybody could migrate their skills, I couldn't. Why? 'Cause I was a dead citizen, how should I know that I had just some day to change my skills? I couldn't.
So I ask you admins if you could give ONE, just ONE possibility to change the citizen skills, just once, to every player, without setting a range of days to do it.
I am talking for all the player that restarted playing this game in the new Rising version, listen to us, please.

Ok, parliamone:
Gioco dalla beta, e negli ultimi 2 mesi ho deciso di smettere di giocare ad erepublik, ma non permanentemente, così il mio citizen morì.
Ho ricominciato a giocare 5 giorni fa, e cosa mi trovo? Mentre ognuno ha avuto la possibilità di "migrare" le proprie skill, io non ho potuto. Perchè? Perchè ero un citizen morto, non giocando più, e come potevo sapere di questa "migrating" di skill?
Quindi chiedo agli admin di dare una, una sola possibilità ad ogni player di cambiare le proprie skill per una volta soltanto, indipendentemente dal periodo, a scelta del giocatore.
Parlo per tutti quelli che sono tornati a giocare con questa v2 e si sono trovati questa bella sorpresa, ascoltateci, grazie.
