Onwards to the next step...

Day 723, 00:27 Published in Japan Japan by Metic
So now, almost three and a half months after my birth here in eJapan, I can no longer claim I am an ignorant and unknowing noobie. Starting from the vacant region of Chungcheongnam-do, it definitely has been a long journey already. Past are the days where I can just say, "Sorry, I never knew food gave me wellness." Contrary to what some may say, living the elife over in northern Hokkaido, representing my constituents of sleepy Chugoku, and trodding down to urban Kanto for daily debate truly is a privalege.

While on the offdays, I have always kept myself busy, be it trying to get into contact with all my fellow ISP members, mailing an order form for the JIS, or whipping all the workers into shape.

So all that having been said, I do feel I am ready for the next step in my journey:

The Party Presidency of the current Democratic Party of Japan.

Be it as the ancient Bushido Party, to the latter Liberal Party of Japan, and even the recent former Green Japan, the history of this party runs deep. Try as I might, the glorious parts of the DPJ's history is over. Looking at the party at its current state, it will be indeed an uphill struggle and hopefully an interesting one. (And no, I do not envision myself using more than a tenth of the party gold. Wouldn't be very interesting, would it?)

So plans? Active Members. A Great Environment. Opportunities for Congress. A Leader who will Listen. It's what they all promise, right? Right now...it's way too late. I'll leave my rant for another day.

So to all my friends in ISP: So long, party-wise. Hopefully I can convince them to open an office near yours.

To everyone: Yay? New party in town. Maybe?

And to the active member of DPJ: Hi! Hope we can get along nicely.

So being that it is 3am, hopefully, you will let me off with this ending,
Metic
