Kolejny raz zadaję sobie pytanie: Co tak naprawdę dzieje się w eSzwecji.

Jest pytanie, jest i odpowiedź. Nazywam się SwedenCitizen i jestem (jak można się domyśleć) z eSzwecji, w której pełnię funkcję ambasadora w ePolsce i Ministra Spraw Zagranicznych. Celem tych artykułów jest pokazanie reszcie świata co nowego i ciekawego dzieje się w eSzwecji oraz moich (i Szwedów) przemyśleń na temat ePolski i ostatnich wydarzeń i również swego rodzaju edukacja o eSzwecji.

Jest to mój czwarty artykuł w ePolsce, przeczytaj trzeci, by zrozumieć lepiej niektóre sprawy.

Zaczynamy:


Wybory do kongresu z niespodzianką - żadna partia nie zdobyła większości


Polityka

Wybory do kongresu, dość emocjonujący moment w eszwedzkiej polityce wyszły okropnie. W ostatnim miesiącu odbywały się na zasadzie, kto na kim powiesi więcej psów, niż na tym, która partia ma najlepszy program. Być może jednak dojdzie to do końca, ponieważ Karl den Tredje, przewodnicący partii "Flashback Sweden", drugiej co do wielkości w eSzwecji i ja, przewodniczący "FRONT", największej partii, rozmawialiśmy o współpracy między naszymi ugrupowaniami, ponieważ żadna z partii nie ma większości w kongresie i będzie to najlepsze rozwiązanie dla obydwu stron.

Mam nadzieję, że nastroje i atmosfera w eSzwecji choć trochę się poprawią, jeśli uda się doprowadzić taką współpracę do skutku.



Szwedzcy żołnierze maja co robić, ale i tak mają chrapkę na więcej..


Wojsko

W końcu coś się dzieje, przynajmniej jeśli chodzi o militaria. Ostatnie bitwy przeciwko Rosji i Niemcom były drainami (odciągnieciem) dmg i skończyły się na poddaniu przez Niemców dwóch regionów (które i tak odzyskali 😛), właściwie były dwie takie sytuacje, ale za drugim razem właśnie, wkroczyliście Wy i podebraliście nam te regiony (tylko w celach strategicznych, ponieważ z tak dużą populacją macie większą szanse obrony powstania), a nawet zawędrowaliście po nasze dwa regiony rdzenne.

Powody nadal są dla mnie niejasne, ale to jest właśnie strategia…

I to w sumie na tyle jeśli chodzi o wydarzenia militarne zeszłego tygodnia - wszędzie swapy (zamiany) regionów: atak Norwegii, Niemiec (z kontrą) i Polski. To trochę dziwne, jesli nie dla mnie, to przynajmniej dla młodych graczy. Nagły atak sojusznika na nasze rdzenne regiony jest co najmniej dziwny, zwłaszcza kiedy nikt nie panikuje.

Jeśli taka tendencja się utrzyma, będziemy mieć w eSzwecji wielofrontową wojnę i zgromadzimy się wszyscy w jedność, ponieważ na razie jesteśmy podzieleni i rozbici. Inwazja na eSzwecję nie przyniosłaby tylko negatywnych skutków.



Ekonomia ostatnimi czasy miała się stabilnie i cicho.

Ekonomia

W tym obszarze niewiele się wydarzyło, oprócz jednej rzeczy.

Utworzyłem ze Svinetem "Svensk Auktionshandel" (Szwedzki Dom Aukcyjny). Jest to sposób na szybką, prostą i bezpieczną sprzedaż towarów przez aukcję.

Odbyła się już jedna aukcja, bez specjalnych problemów, sprzedaliśmy wszystkie towary - a było ich wiele. Na przykład trzy domki Q5 po 26.77g za sztukę (!)

Oto krótki tekst o tej organizacji:

Svensk Auktionshandel wreszcie ujrzał światło dzienne. NIe byłoby fajnie sprzedać stary poniewierający się gdzieś domek oraz bronie, których i tak nigdy nie używasz? Nie musisz ścigać kupca, możesz przecież wykorzystać czas na to zupełnie inaczej. Przy okazji może znajdziesz tutaj coś dla siebie.

Na razie działamy przez IRC i erepublik.com, ale jeśli uważasz, że masz wystarczające umiejętności, by stworzyć zewnętrzną stronę połączoną z API i znasz w jakimś stopniu angielski, jesteś osobą, której poszukujemy. Skontaktuj się z nami.

Na start wystawiamy wszystkie produkty za 85% ceny międzynarodowej, chyba że sprzedający poprosi inaczej, ale nigdy poniżej 85%. Jeśli chcesz sprzedać coś za 10gold, ceną wywoławczą będzie 8,5. Sprawiedliwie i dla sprzedawcy i dla kupca.

Za znalezienie kupca i przeprowadzenie transakcji, Svensk Auktionshandel pobiera 5% marżę od wartości przedmiotu, którą powinno się wysyłać przed rozpoczęciem aukcji. Nie otrzymujesz jej z powrotem, jeśli przedmioty nie zostaną sprzedne, ale oczywiście dostajesz zwrot towaru. By zachęcić sprzedawców droższych przedmiotów, maksymalna wysokość marży wynosi 1gold.

Rozpętała się dość duża debata, jak zwiększyć ilość nowych graczy pozostających w grze, ze Szwedem Lonestar'em na czele. Oto i krótki wywiad z jego udziałem:

Po pierwsze, co do tej pory zrobiłeś by zwiększyć ilość młodych graczy pozostających w grze?
Byłem już mentorem kilku młodym, stworzyłem programy by czuli się tutaj jak najlepiej i wmieszali się w eszwedzką społeczność i poznali więcej graczy.
Na chwilę obecną pracuję nad projektem, by jak najwięcej osób otrzymywało pomoc we wczesnym stadium eżycia. Wszyscy młodzi gracze, którzy zarejestrują się na forum eSzwecji otrzymają własnego mentora, który pomoże im poznawać tajniki gry.

Jak wpadłeś na ten pomysł?
Zobaczyłem stary program, w którym właściwie my kazaliśmy młodym szukać nas, później sprawdziłem liczbę graczy, którzy zapisali się do projektu oraz ile osób zgłosiło się po datek (30SEK) na forum i porównałem do liczby obecnie aktywnych.

Ponieważ liczba graczy, którzy dostali mentora i została aktywna była większa niż tych, którzy nie dostali postanowiłem zmodyfikować program, byśmy my szukali młodych, a nie na odwrót. Na dodatek otrzymują wtedy kontakt z innym graczem znacznie wcześniej i mają własnego eprzyjaciela.

Sam pomysł przyszedł mi do głowy podczas myślenia o wspomnianych niedoskonałościach

Dlaczego się tak trudzisz?
Ponieważ uważam że powinniśmy koncentrować się na nowych graczach, starsi nie zostaną tu na zawsze, a potrzebujemy nowego pokolenia, które odziedziczy kraj po nas.

Chcesz coś jeszcze dodać?
eSzwecja potrzebuje graczy, którzy będą w przyszłości mieć odwagę podejmować różne funkcje, ale wszystko opiera się i zaczyna na pomocy, którą otrzymują. Jeśli mogę pomoć nawet garstce w otrzymaniu tej pomocy, będę czuć się znacznie szczęśliwszy

Temat ten jest niezwykle bliski mojemu sercu, jako byłemu MInistrowi Edukacji i ponieważ wydałem znacznie więcej pieniędzy i czasu na pomoc nowym graczom niż ktokolwiek inny.

Stary system też był w mojej opinii bezużyteczny, ale nigdy nie miałem czasu by to zmienić, cieszę się, że w końcu jest to gotowe.

Once again I ask myself the question; What is really going on in eSweden?

That's the question, and I have the answer. My name is SwedenCitizen and I'm (not suprisingly) from eSweden, where I am the Ambassador in ePoland as well as Minister of Foreign Affairs. The goal with these articles are to show the rest of the world what is new, what is the hottest subject, and also thoughts from me and my fellow swedes about ePoland and resent events, as well as I am teaching you about eSweden.

This is my fourth article here in ePoland, please read the third one, that may help you understand things better...


So here we go:


The result of the Congress Elections was a bit of a suprise, no party got majority...

Politics

The Congress Elections, a pretty exciting election since the whole politics in eSweden has been screwed up. The latest month or so it has been more about who can throw the most pies at each other than who has the best party with the best programme. But that period might just come to an end, Karl den Tredje, Party President of Flashback Sweden, the second biggest party in eSweden, and me Party President of FRONT, the biggest party has spoken about an cooperation between the two of us since none of us has majority in the Congress, and would probably be the best for both parts.

So hopefully the mood and atmosphere in eSweden will lighten up a bit if an cooperation between these parties would to occur.



Swedish soldiers finally has something to do, but still they hunger for more.

Military

Finally thing has come alive again, at least on the military side, the recent battles against eGermany and Russia, which was Damage Drains and ended in eGermany retreating two region (which they did take back 😛), that happened not only once, but twice. But the second time you stepped in the picture and took the regions from us (only strategical, since your huge population has a better chance of defending them against RW), and you even went on in to take 2 of our original regions.

The reasons for that is still a bit fuzzy to me, but I guess that to has with strategy and so on to do...

And that is what military the latest week or so has been all about, region swapping all over the place, attacking Norway, Germany, being attacked by them, by Poland... It's a bit confusing, if not for me at least for the newcomers. To suddenly see our allies attacking our regions, quite doesn't make sense, especially since nobody is in panic.


Hopefully this trend goes on, we would need a fullscale war in eSweden, to start melting all our citizens into one again, at the moment we are far to splittered, so an invasion on eSweden would not only be negative.


The economy the latest time has been stabile and quiet.

Economy

The one area where not much has happened, except for one thing;

Svensk Auktionshandel (Swedish Auction Trading), has been created by me and Svinet. And is a way of quickly, easy and safelly selling your goods through auctions.

We have already had one auction, and it was an success, we managed to sell all of our goods, and a lot of goods it was. For example 3 Q5 Houses for 26.77 Gold a piece(!)

Here's a short text about the auctions and the organization:


Svensk Auktionshandel has finally seen daylight. Wouldn't it be nice to sell that House you have laying around, along with those Weapons you never use? You won't have to chase down a buyer, so you can do something more useful with your time. And while you are here you can make yourself some nice deals.

At the moment we opperate through IRC and eRepublik.com, but if you feel that you have the skills needed to create an external web-site that is connected through API, and some English skill is needed, you are the man/woman we are looking for, contact us.

As a start we put out our goods at 85% of the international market price, unless the seller says something else, but never more that 85%. so if you want to sell an item worth 10 Gold the starting bid will be 8.5 Gold, a fair price for both buyers and sellers.

In return for finding you a buyer and making the deal for you Svensk Auktionshandel takes a fee of 5% of the items market value, which should be sent in before the auctions starts. You do not get the fee back even if the goods are not sold, but of course you get your items back. To attract sellers with more valuble goods the maximum fee is 1 Gold.

Other

There has been a pretty massive move to improve the amount of newcommers staying in the game, with the swede Lonestar in charge. Here's an short interview with him:

First of all, what have you been doing to improve the amount of newcommers staying in the game?
During my time here I have been Mentor to several newcommers, I've created programmes so that they will have it as good as the possibly can, and to quickly introduced to the Swedish society and get to know more players.
At the moment I am working with a project where as many as possible gets the help they need real early in their eRepublik life, all players that register on the swedish forum will get an Mentor that could help them through the ruff parts of eRepublik.

How did you get the idea?
I saw the old programme, where we practicly forced the players to search for us first, then I compared the amount of players that signed up there to the number that signed up for the 30 SEK contrubution on the forums, and compared that to how many player that remained active.

As the the number of player that got an Mentor and stayed active was far greather than those without I desided to remake the programme, so that we'll search for the newcommers, rather than vice versa. Plus they get contacts with other players earlier and get's a sort of friend.

But the idea itself came when I was thinking about these things above.


Why do you go through all this trouble?
Because I consider the new players to be what we should focus in, us older players won't stay forever, and we need a new generation that can inherritage this country after us.

Anything to add?
eSweden needs players that dare to take some plave, but these need all the help they can get. If I can help just a few get that help it would make me a lot happier.

This is a subject that is extremely close to my heart, as an old Minister of Education and beacuse of the fact that I have been spending more money and time on helping new players than anything else.

I too found the old system useless, but never had the time to do anything about it, and I'm glad something was finally done.
