On the Northern Irish and Scottish Problem

After we valiantly took back our own (i.e Northern Ireland and Scotland.) and sent those Brits scurrying to the God of Death's realm, we have attacked Wales. Besides Wales, I think we also have other issues right now. Issues of the home.
First of all, we have conquered two eBritish countries. Two eBritish countries that have eBritish citizens. Citizens that might not be loyal to us.
I suggest that we take care of this little problem easily. We offer them food, IEP, and gold, in exchange for becoming eIrish citizens. With them made into good upstanding eIrish citizens, the Brits will have no hold on those countries. Their assimilation will be unreversable.
This is tantamount to keeping grip on them. What happens when we have a resistance war on our hands? What if they win and we're once again separated from the North, as well as Scotland?

I'm sorry but the idea of an Irish Empire... At anyrate best of luck, I don't think you'll hold on to what you've gained unless it's heavily reinforced with foreign soldiers. Enjoy the conquests while you can, least you boys had fun.

For you benefit and the benefit of anyone else who wants to learn about game mechanics, let me shed some light on what you've tabled here:
1. No matter what Northern Ireland and Scotland will be natural territories of eUK in terms of game mechanics which means that they will always be able to start RWs as long as the required conditions are in effect. So essentially the populations/citizenships of a certain reason are novelties/irrelevant. Even if eIreland is occupying a eBritish region, you'll find that eBritish citizens can just move in and out of it whenever they have some pocket change.
2. In terms of offering 100 something eBritish citizens eIrish citizenship... That sounds like a good way to get ourselves taken over politically, and since eBritish citizens can move around as they please I don't think it would prevent them from finding 10 citizens with 1000 currency to start a RW in a given region anyway.
Given the realities of game mechanics, it's important to understand that there's nothing we can do about RWs being proposed - without contractual monthly agreements with the eUK they're an inevitability as long as it's to the strategic advantage of the eUK. Even when we do have land trade agreements, we still see RWs (that's how easy they are to start).
