On behalf of the french people, thank you !

Dear allies, dear friends of France and of french people,

As you can remember, we had to fight against a dictatorship war 3 days ago, maybe some of us thought that it wouldn't pass, that our French legends would all fight for democracy's side but you can't always be sure of that would happen in eRepublik, especially when CO's were so high. Yeah, when money is here, you never know how people would react. But here, french people clearly knew what they wanted : freedom and democracy just like our motto says : liberté, égalité, fraternité.



So, what happened ? I can't say anything without being accused of taking a side in this story. Some might say that this was a cypriot Take Over, others might say that this was just a french lulz event ('cause we've got a pretty huge experience on lulz things). Our former President maybe just wanted to do something funny with his money. I won't give you give you any opinions on this, I shouldn't try to influence anyone.

As you can see, french people essentially fought for democracy side, showing that we were all determined to keep our country a democracy. But CO's were so high (maybe around 400CC/million ? So anyone could use his bombs to make a lot of CC 😃 ) that people from other citizenship went and fought a lot against democracy side. We needed your help to counter this and you were here guys.

As soon as I contacted jamesw, he immediately was here to help us if needed, and the damages'statistics shows it. British were here to help us and james put CO for us with his own money, we can't thank him enough for that (but he still stays a noob) I also saw zzzingo (as always :3 ) shouting for us and helping us, serbians and Lordsrbin who came to speak with me and shouted and helped on the battlefield. Russians also asked us if we needed help, I saw romanians (well guys, jsut look at the statistics, you're "just" second 😃 ), indonesians and macedonians fighting for democracy side. And I won't forget mittekemuis and other belgians who fought for us, or polish guys (well, KhereNoob didn't do anything, you can impeach him polish congress :3 ), and etc.

So, yeah, this was some kind of internal problem where international help was granted, for democracy side and for dictatorship side. And it's because the foreign help was so huge on dictatorship side that I had to make an article to thank those who helped democracy side where CO's where not so huge (and sometimes, there weren't even CO's).

I won't blame anyone for fighting for dictatorship side, when CO's are so high, you just want to take the money, don't you ?
So, on behalf of french people who fought for democracy side, thank you dear friends ! We won't forget that and we will continue to fight for you and help you !
