Official Partial Pardon of War Criminals
William Choi
Order #1
Referring to the Kanto War Crimes Tribunal http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/-official-kanto-war-crimes-tribunal-day-4-1372679/1/20, in order to prevent a profoundly and lasting distorting impact on the impression of the colonial government among East Koreans, war criminals sentenced to death are hereby granted a partial pardon. Death penalties will be replaced by life imprisonment. In addition, the colonial government kindly grants prisoners the freedom to exercise civil rights inside the prison, including writing newspapers, taking part in political activities, despite their physical confinement.

Governor General of East Korea

lol. kop-out!
Does physical confinement mean we can't move to other countries? Or other regions in our country? I'm just trying to get a feel for the rules of your so-called imprisonment so I can break them at will in front of you while you waggle your finger at me menacingly...
~ Geno Garon, War Criminal
Prisoners can move to other countries, but they will be confined to prisons of the destinated countries.
Mr Geno Garon
You should be happy you are pardoned for your netrocities, since you and your war-buddies should be hanged by the neck until e-death.
Instead, you are trying to avoid righteouss punishmend which has already been reduced to life inprisonment.
Will you East Koreans ever learn how to behave?
so basically a bubble which has no real effect upon anything (and is visible only to you and your friends) will be placed around these "war criminals" for life.
That'll teach them.
The fact is that they are convicted war criminals.
The other fact is that they shall live in jails for the rest of their e-lives.
I cannot stop snickering.
I feel like Mutley.
I'm on a boat.

How I tremble in fear. Oh dear, dear me. You outdo yourself, Choi.
私はおれの悪ふざけに文句をいった。
キミが東韓国人(日本人)を死刑にする前にキミの死刑を実行するよ~だ!
Oh I missed this last issue.
Haha, clever.
