O RENEGADO NÃO TEM MANDATO PARA SE RENDER

É necessário levar à atenção de toda a população e da comunidade do Erepublik em geral, que o alegado Pacto de Não Agressão entre Portugal e a Espanha, não tem as características necessárias para ser considerado um pacto.

Um pacto de não agressão, seria sempre e necessariamente revestido de cláusulas que implicassem um minimo de equidade entre os signatários envolvidos e que implicasse a garantia de não violação pelas duas partes.

O pacto assinado pelo renegado português GossypPT determina que uma das partes tem o direito de violar o acordo sem qualquer problema, enquanto que a outra está obrigada a uma situação de subserviência que implica rendição e total perda de soberania e dignidade.

O renegado e traidor GossypPT NÃO ESTAVA EM CIRCUNSTÂNCIA ALGUMA MANDATADO PARA ACEITAR CLÁUSULAS DE RENDIÇÃO.

Havendo um acordo de rendição entre o renegado e a Espanha, e não um Pacto de Não Agressão, nada pode obrigar Portugal a cumprir um Pacto de Não Agressão que não existe.

THE PORTUGUESE RENEGATE HAS NO MANDATE TO SURRENDER

It is necessary to remind the population and the Erepublik comunity in general, that the alleged Non Agression Pact between Portugal and Spain, lacks the needed characteristics to be considered as a Pact.

A non agression pact must include clauses which imply a minimum of equity and balance between the two signatories, implying guarantees of non violation by both parties.

The Pact signed between the portuguese renegate GossypPT and the government of the spaniards determines that one of the signatories is entitled to violate the agreement at it's own convenience, while the other can't do the same without very harsh penalties, thus being forced into a situation of surrender and total loss of sovereignty and dignity.

The renegate and traitor GossypPT WAS BY NO MEANS GIVEN THE MANDATE TO SIGN A SURRENDER TREATY.

As it is the case, in the existance of a Surrender Agreement between the said renegate and the government of the Spaniards, there is no obligation for Portugal to accept a Non Agression Pact which in fact does nor exist.
