Hoy explicaremos punto por punto, como para que lo pueda entender hasta el que no quiere, de qué se trata la nueva ley aprobada en el Congreso.

"Ley de Gasto Militar"


Cuando asume un nuevo Presidente deberá sumar el cc disponible del Tesoro y de la ORG nacional. (art. 1)

De esa suma podrá utilizar el 10% para defender las regiones originales de Cuba sin previa autorización del Congreso, aunque si deberá avisarle (art. 2)

Si Gobierno necesita más, prevee que va a necesitar más, o necesita utilizarlo en otras regiones o para otros motivos, lo puede hacer, previa autorización del Congreso. (art. 3) Si el cambio que el gobierno necesita es urgente el congreso lo tratará rápidamente (art. 4)

La propuesta anterior de CO queda anulada en esta ley (art. 5)

When a new President assumes, he must add the available cc of the Treasury and the national ORG. (Article 1)

Of this amount, he may use 10% to defend the original regions of Cuba without prior authorization from Congress, although it must be notified (Article 2)

If the Government needs more, it foresees that it will need more, or neesd to use it in other regions or for other reasons,it can do it, previous authorization from Congress. (Article 3) If the change that the government needs is urgent, the Congress will deal with it quickly (Article 4)

The previous proposal of CO is annulled in this law (article 5)
