As Erlania posted in his newspaper some time ago, the unemployment is a problem.
This problem comes of lazy work-seekers.

When you want a job, you don't simply post a CV someplace. You need to apply for a job! So all of the people on Human Resources list need to send a PM to their want-to-be employer, telling WHY they should be hired.

As you can see today, both eBabb & eBabb jr. have plenty in stock, and probably don't need more workers, unless a bus-load of users move here. So with two new-started companies this month, my chance would stand for either of those companies.
