No, I will not STFU!!!

Day 634, 21:10 Published in Peru USA by Not Done Never

Ok i have been personally attacked as I've tried to create this army that would benefit the country of Peru. The focus of the attacks have been a lack of comment from President Chisholm. It isn't my fault that the President refuses to take action either way. He backstabs me by telling others that we aren't approved, but he tells me that its completely ok to do this. But don't take my word for it. Read through this exchange of PM's between myself and President Chisholm to see how indecisive and unable to act he actually is. And think twice before writing personal attacks in your articles against me. Im just trying to help out here, but if you don't understand that, as ROFL says, "STFU."

From Not Done Never 2009-08-14 00:01:43 Proposal
This is my proposal for the Pride of Peru. We are informing our soldiers that they can be a member of both the FFAA and the Pride of Peru. The FFAA will be their first priority. What we offer, however, is a more proactive way to train than war games. We will attempt to deploy more often with the purpose of increasing battle damage as fast as possible.
Here is my reasoning. The more we can fight, the higher our soldiers’ ranks would become. Therefore, their battle damages would go up as well. I feel that the government should fund us for these missions because they are essentially training your soldiers and increasing their battle damages quickly. War games can only occur 2-3 times a week. If you pay for moving tickets, which are much cheaper, they can be fighting 5 times every day in one of the many wars currently occurring. Then, when they are needed to fight for Peru, we will defer to the FFAA so that they can use this higher firepower to Peru’s greatest strategic advantage.
Finally, you would only have to fund Pride of Peru soldiers who are also members of the FFAA. This is a fair way to ensure your money is going towards the training of soldiers who want to fight for Peru, which is the goal of Peruvian government and DoD.
Please let me know if you accept my offer. Also, I will be publishing an article soon describing the Pride of Peru more, so please comment on it expressing your approval of such an army, regardless of whether or not you choose to fund it.
Thank you,
Not Done Never

I understand it, but if the aim were to just rank up some of our soliders, that's essentially the purpose of the Mobile Infantry, and the foreign legion we may be creating. However yes, war games do happen about 3 times a week, bbut battles extend over two days meaning we actually have 6 days of fighting each week.
I get the concept here, but I honestly don't think anyone else in the government making decisions would permit funding of an external military entity

Ok thats fine then. Can you give me a comment that i can quote you on in our article that shows what your view on our army is? thanks

From Chisholm 2009-08-14 11:46:22 Re: Re: Re: Proposal
It's an interesting idea, but I can't really say that it is within the area of projects that gets gov't funding. As well as there are already government program in progres that will do many of the same goals the PoP has

About? I can't say you guys are official, because really anything not the FFAA is official, it's a cool idea but I'm afraid we can't fund it or call it official

From Not Done Never 2009-08-15 20:45:24 Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Proposal
yea dont call it official just approve it. Like say its not illegal or say its a cool idea.

From Chisholm 2009-08-15 20:48:04 Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Proposal
Well technically I can't "unapprove" you lol, I can't force you to do it or not do it

From Not Done Never 2009-08-15 20:48:43 Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Proposal
