Night of the Living UKRP'ers - Part II

As Adrian felt the zombie's teeth on his neck, he heard a motorcycle drive towards him. Suddenly the zombie that was about to bite Adrian fell over him – its back of the head was missing. Adrian pushed the corpse off of him and rose up – he saw a man dressed in black wearing a cape and a top hat swiping dark blood off from his katana. Adrian shook and asked ”Who are you? And thank you for saving my life.” The man turned and Adrian recognised him – it was Rayf Drayson, the defender of the innocent and a man of justice.

You're welcome”, Rayf said and continued ”However, this valorous visitation of a bygone vexation stands vivified, and I have vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict for those creatures is vengeance; a vendetta held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous - you can call me Rayf.

Adrian thought that now that man had gone completely nuts but then he saw the horde of zombies getting closer, so Adrian suggested they'd leave the place. ”Hop on – we have a meeting to catch”, Rayf said and turned the engine on.

As they drove forward and the horde of zombies was left behind, Adrian asked ”What are those things, those creatures?
Rayf looked back in disdain and said ”Believe it or not, but they're UKRP'ers – awakened from their state of inactivity, risen from their graves - now looking for new living flesh on their quest to reform everything. They will stop at nothing until they're done.

Adrian wasn't sure to believe it or not, but as they steered through to streets of London, he noticed that the streets were totally empty – not one pedestrian, bus, or car around. Something strange was going on. Rayf made a turn left and decelerated – Adrian looked around and noticed that they were at 10 Downing Street – the Prime Minister's office. Then, they heard a howling sound from behind – the zombies had arrived to the city.

To be continued.

In other news, I'd like to take a chance to commemorate a fellow eRepublikan, Erwin Schauman. You may know him from his quick but thoughtful critique towards several issues in the game, him being always helpful and respective towards others around him. He achieved a lot in the game and is without a doubt one of the most famous and respected players in the history of eRepublik.

His farewell article is here. I salute his decision to leave the game and wish him all the good in his life.

In memorian, Erwin Schauman
