Newt Gingrich Prime Minister Platform and Cabinet

This is my platform for what I plan to do and what I would like to accomplish if elected Prime Minister in the upcoming election. I will break it down as to what I see are the main issues that I feel should to be addressed this month.

Non-Aggression Pact w/ eIndo

This is a biggest issue I see currently facing eAustralia and I know people are mixed on this issue. What I have seen as the biggest concerns that people have with the NAP are the issue of the company buyouts and the inability to aid anyone who attacks eIndo. Sure they sound like downers but the company buyouts for WA were originally agreed upon in the AIRRA so this is nothing new to us. The second issue with the company buyouts is what happens to the companies after they are purchased by the eAus government? They way I see it we have 2 options, either; keep them off the market or sell them to the public to help fund buying them. I think that we should do a little of both, by that I mean we should sell some of the companies and keep others off the market. In order to decide which ones to sell we will look at how many of those companies are there for sale in that industry and whether it is a medium or high industry.

The second issue of the not being able to aid in the attack of the original eIndo regions, there is nothing that can be done about that. The NAP has been signed and agreed upon. Unless we want to lose 2000 Gold, which would kill our treasury, we will be peaceful with eIndo. Though we still have the ability to fight as long as it is not one of eIndo’s original regions.

Treasury Thefts

This to me has become a big issue when it should not be. I know many of you agree with me that the Treasury Thefts have got to stop. How to fix the issue is the biggest obstacle we face. I will work with the new Minister of Finance to devise a plan to try to stop these thefts. Maybe we should limit who has access to the Orgs? Well it is getting to the point where only 2 people have access. I have been kicking around a few ideas but these are just thoughts so far. This is something I want to address early in the term since in has already happened twice.

Economy

I think that eAustralia needs a baby boom, so this upcoming month I want to start an ad campaign similar to what eFrance did to attract people to eAustralia. I know there has been a shortage of workers and the best way I see to fix that is get more people to move to our wonderful country.
With taxes I would to eventually lower them. I know the Senate is in talks of lowering them soon. I am not sure when though since I no longer I am a Senator but I want to aid business owners. Sure making revenue is great but giving back to business is always a good idea. The more money they have the more people they can hire and the more product they can put on the market.

Military

There has been a recent quarrel within the military between the Department of Defense, Australian Military Marshals (past and present) and the Dropbear, ACUK & AAR Marshals. To fix this I want to set up a meeting between the MoD, dMoD, and the Military Marshals to work out these issues. I do believe that military should have some autonomy in some of the decision process. The way I see it the PM is to make the major decisions. From there the military should be able to operate on its own. Of course aiding our allies will take priority over wargames. These issues will all be hashed out in a meeting and announced by the Department of Information if major changes are brought forth.

EDEN

If you asked when WA was first liberated should eAustralia join EDEN I would have been all for it 100%. The reason being that we needed all the allies we could get to help in case of an attack from PEACE that most of us expected. That being said PEACE is no more and our biggest threat after that was eIndonesia but the fact that we have a NAP with them joining EDEN is not as important as it was before. I do think that we need to keep friendly relations with EDEN nations just in case an attack comes from somewhere. I do not foresee one happening but we can never be too careful since there are still are tensions between eAus and eIndo. I hope if it does happen EDEN will be willing to accept us in, since eGobba’s map and Wiki state we are already a member 😛.
