I have a source within the development team who assures me this is a direct quote from one of the new features in the political module. This is obviously not the final version of the rule but it is certainly an interesting sneak peak.
“You can revolt against one of your leaders. If more than half the population has revolted against their leader, at the turn of the hour everyone in the country will become a leader, there will be chaos in the country. However, the good leader has a chance to become one.”
Before you ask I will not reveal my source it might hurt my friend’s job and I would not want to risk that.

So, we all get president/congress medals and lotsa gold, right?
This just adds another dimension to PTOs. Even if you manage to elect an ATO candidate, there can now be a revolution and tear that country up. I think PHX will take advantage of this new feature.
