New Political Party .... Maybe?

So right after I started eRepublik, I joined the USWP because it seemed as if there was room for upward mobility, so far the only use I seem to have had was contributing to electing Aubra mayor of Trenton and being one of a small percentage of Trentonians to have voted. So now I'm trying to remember which party contacted me right after I joined the WSWP so that they might pay costs to transport me somewhere I would be useful to the party.

If you were the person who contacted me (and trust me I'll recognize your name once I see it) then please message me (do not comment on this) so that I may join your party.

I am currently disenchanted with the USWP, Roby_Petric seemed to be a good party president but he seems to have resigned to Peregrine who seems to be either inactive or disaffected.

Either way, I am not impressed.

Also, if you want to be politically active, there\'s plenty of positions that need to be filled. You just need to take a look on the forums and sign up. Just because nobody\'s been pleading for you to be active in the party doesn\'t mean you can\'t be. All it takes is a tiny bit of initiative. You sound like you expect political power to just fall into your lap. I\'m not trying to sound angry or condescending, I\'m just saying that if you want to move up, you have to earn it.

On the other hand, if you need a party that is so small it has to beg every member to be active, perhaps you would be better off somewhere else after all.

Ian, please calm down. Your response was not only angry, but stronger than was necessary or appropriate. I was not trying to \"argue you\"; I was simply pointing out that you might be jumping to conclusions about the USWP. However, I apologize if my tone was not clear and you interpreted my comments in a different way.

I respectfully request that we continue this exchange in private. I will make an effort to sound less \"sarcastic and vitriolic\" if you are willing to refrain from such puerile responses as \"Or is that analogy too complex for you Leukel?\"

I am calm now, I was just disappointed when I sent the message earlier that you had not even bothered to reply. I like a good spirited - or maybe in this case, fevered - debate.

I agree this best be continued in private, and thank you for your advice about proof reading, I hadn\'t read over my comment and didn\'t see the mistakes I made.
