The forums that most people have been using have been shut down by its admin, Franco. A link to the new forums have been set-up for everyone to use until:
1) The Old Forums are brought back-up
2) The New Forums are brought up to be as good as the Old ones.

Everyone is trying to spread the links out to everyone to hopefully get these running again as fast as possible. You do have to register again.
